Privacy Policy for VerifiedAds

1. What we collect
- Account. A random identifier created on first launch, so your data stays separate without signing up. If you create an account, your email address and password (never kept in readable form). With Sign in with Apple, the identity Apple provides and, on first sign-in, the name Apple shares, saved as your display name.
- Content you create. The website address you enter and the public text, images, colors and fonts we fetch from it; logos and product photos you pick; brand, product, price and offer text you enter; your ad requests (formats, angle text, settings, "Fix this ad" instructions) and the ads we make; and the business type and defaults you choose.
- Purchases. App Store transaction identifiers, your plan, credit balances and credit history.
- Device. A notification address for your device and whether each notification was delivered, plus a device check result from Apple and the free credits used on the device, so the free allowance stays at one per device.
- Usage. Counts of how often you use each feature and what each request cost, for daily limits and abuse prevention.
None of this is sensitive-category data. It travels over encrypted connections, and your photos and ads are stored privately and shown to you through short-lived links.
We do not collect your location, contacts, camera or microphone input, or photos beyond the ones you pick (saving an ad to Photos only adds it), and the app has no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising tools and no cross-app tracking or advertising identifier.
2. How we use it
To run the features you use (your brand kit, your ads, your credits, and one notification per finished batch if you turn it on), your account and subscription, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Who receives it
To run the app we use service providers for hosting, storage and sign-in, AI writing and image review, AI image generation for your ads, subscription and purchase management, email delivery, push notification delivery, and website page search during brand import, plus Apple for purchases. They receive only what's needed to do that job for us and are bound to protect it. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or in a merger, sale or other business transfer, where this policy continues to apply.
4. AI processing
We send AI services your imported website's public text and images, your brand kit, product and offer text, angle text, "Fix this ad" instructions, and your logo and product photos. An image generation service receives a prompt built from those facts plus short-lived links to your photos, and each finished image is proofread. What comes back is your brand kit, offer fields, image descriptions, ad copy, the ad image and the proofreading result, used only to produce your results, never for advertising. We don't use your content to train AI models; one provider states it doesn't either, but we have not confirmed this for every image generation provider.
5. Your account and deletion
An account is optional. Once signed in, you can delete it in the app: Settings → Delete account, then type DELETE. This removes your sign-in account, profile, brands, uploaded photos, products, offers, ads and their files, credit history, notification addresses, usage records and your record with our subscription provider. You can also email support@verifiedads.ai to ask for deletion. Guest accounts idle for 30 days or more that never made a purchase are deleted automatically.
Purchase records tied to your App Store subscription, not to your name or email, are kept for as long as the subscription is active, to prevent duplicate credits and abuse; free-credit records for a device are kept for the same reason. After deletion they are no longer linked to you. Our legal basis is legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account, it is removed within 30 days, backups included, apart from the purchase and device records above. Ads you delete in the app stay in Recently deleted for 30 days, then are removed.
7. Your rights
Under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. In-app Delete account covers deletion; for anything else, email support@verifiedads.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Children
VerifiedAds is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
