Terms of Service for VerifiedAds

Acceptance

By downloading or using VerifiedAds, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

VerifiedAds reads a small business's own website, logo, product photos and offers and turns them into finished static social-media ad images in proven ad formats. Each finished ad uses one credit.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions are auto-renewing and bought through the App Store:

• Weekly: $12.99 per week. 15 credits each week, 1 brand.
• Starter: $29.99 per month. 60 credits each month, 1 brand.
• Growth: $79.99 per month. 180 credits each month, 5 brands.
• Agency: $199.99 per month. 500 credits each month, 20 brands.

Credit packs are one-time purchases for active subscribers:

• 30 credits: $14.99
• 100 credits: $39.99
• 300 credits: $119.99

Prices are in US dollars and can differ by country; the App Store shows the final price before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

One credit is one finished ad. Your plan's credits reset at each renewal and don't carry over. Pack credits never expire, are used after your plan's credits, and can be spent while you have an active subscription. If an ad fails for a technical reason, its credit is returned. Daily limits apply to protect your account and the service. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone, tap Restore Purchases on the plans screen or in Settings to restore an active subscription tied to your Apple ID. Credit packs are consumable purchases that the App Store does not restore; credits already added from a pack stay with your subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't handle payments, so refunds are requested from Apple and decided under Apple's refund policy. If Apple refunds a purchase, we remove the credits it added; if some were already used, they are taken from credits you receive later.

Free allowance

VerifiedAds has a free allowance, not a free trial. Every new account can import one brand and make up to 10 ads free (10 free credits), in any mix of formats, without entering payment details. The free allowance is limited to one per device, which we check with Apple's device verification; if a device can't be verified, or has already used its allowance, the free allowance isn't available on it. A free ad that fails returns its free credit. Free use is subject to daily limits. Free credits have no cash value. Once they are used, making more ads requires a subscription.

Acceptable use

Use VerifiedAds only for businesses, websites and material you own or have permission to use. You agree not to:

• make ads that are false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit;
• enter prices, reviews, ratings, statistics or claims you can't support;
• get around credit, free-allowance or daily limits, including by creating extra accounts or tampering with devices;
• reverse engineer, overload, scrape or interfere with the service.

You are responsible for the ads you publish, including following advertising law and the policies of the platforms where you run them.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide and, to the extent the law allows, of the ads made for you. You give us a limited license to host, copy, process and send your content to our service providers only as needed to run VerifiedAds for you. Ads are made with AI, can contain mistakes and can resemble ads made for others, so check every ad before you use it. Images carry AI content credentials, and ad platforms may label them as AI-made.

Termination

You can stop using VerifiedAds at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription.

Disclaimer

VerifiedAds is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every ad will be accurate, or that any ad will reach a particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, VerifiedAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for VerifiedAds in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.

Apple

These terms are between you and VerifiedAds, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app and is not responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.
